Contacted them at 9 am,by email and phone. It was a simple change I need to do a refi.
When I called at 4 p.m. it wasn't done. She said Fred was out off the office for the day. So I called foremost and said Fred had just changed it.They said the info would be emailed within a half hour.
I got nothing. I was angry and got belligerent. When you lie to me,I get angry. So now,I have to deal with this in the morning.
It should have never come to this. Fred has always been rude to me.
