Farmers Insurance Group - My recent experience with Farmers insurance
On July 14 2018 I was traveling s b in a turn lane when John William Rowell turned into my without looking(admittedly to police officer) and struck my auto on the right passenger side door causing damage from door all the way back to passenger side rear wheel. I filed claim # 301119**** immediately with claim adjuster Mary Hollingsworth at Farmers insurance.
Mary said pending acquisition of accident report, and investigation, repairs to my automobile will take four to six weeks. Two weeks later,I obtained accident report from pierce county records and offered MIss Hollingsworth a copy, At that time she stated she already had the report. I ask what the hold up was for my car repair? She stated she had to contact John Do well and get his side if the story.
His side if the story I told her was in the police report as he has acknowledged fault and his witness testimony and damage to his and my auto supported our statements. To date we are entering the third week with me having to drive my car that is damaged and unsafe to drive.
If my auto isn't in the shop for repairs within the next 24 hours, I will post the details of my experience with Farmers on social media where I have a rather Hugh following and I will be reporting this situation to the BBB. My name is Erric Hines and you can reach me at 253-347-****.
