Farmers Insurance Group - Wanted a simple change that they wouldn't let me do online

Contacted them at 9 am,by email and phone. It was a simple change I need to do a refi. When I called at 4 p.m. it wasn't done. She said Fred was out off the office for the day. So I called foremost and said Fred had just changed it.They said the info would be emailed within a half hour. I got nothing. I was angry and got belligerent. When you lie to me,I get angry. So now,I have to deal with this in the morning. It should have never come to this. Fred has always been rude to me.

Farmers Insurance Group Customer Care Review

This insurance company hast worst Customer Service. My Mom was hit and all she received was a phone call and email. Three weeks and car is still damaged..If I file with my insurance I am going to seek legal council against the WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!
